• Shipping within Germany is insured and free of shipping costs.
• Shipping within the EU is insured and free of shipping costs from 100 euros. Otherwise the shipping costs are 15 euros.
• Shipping to the United States is from 500 euros insured and free of charge. Otherwise, the total shipping cost is 40 euros ( for an order under 200 euros) or 20 euros ( for an order under 500 euros).

• Protect from heat and chemicals such as dry cleaning.
• Please do not use dry cleaning to care for pearls.
• Protect your pearls from beauty products and make up. Best to put the jewelry, after applying make up & co, on the body.
• Please do not swim with the pearls or take them into the shower. Please avoid any contact with water.
• Have your pearl jewelry professionally maintained once a year, e.g. by a jeweler, so that you can enjoy it for a long time.

You have 14 days to exchange or return your product. Just send us an email with your name and invoice number. We will then contact you. After the return, we will refund you the full cost of the product (including shipping). Please note that you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.
